It is very important to inform new and existing customers that you will be exhibiting. We can help you by formulating a comprehensive marketing and PR campaign. This will include publishing articles in relevant trade magazines as well as pre and post exhibition mailings, aimed at maximising visitor numbers.
At most events there will be two choices. Space only and shell scheme.
A Shell scheme is usually a standard exhibition package supplied by the event organisers. They come complete with carpet, walls and ceiling, electrical socket, fluorescent lights and name board. They are usually an inexpensive way to exhibit. They do however lack impact. We can help you dress your shell scheme with seamless graphic panels and various other options such as roller banners and popups. Speak to us for more details. We can help you with this choice along with selecting the best positions within the hall where you will find most exhibitor traffic.
Is very much what it’s called. You purchase a space at a show and then arrange for a bespoke exhibition stand. Space only is cheaper but you will be responsible for supplying everything within that space from the carpet to the walls and lighting. Space only stands can normally be built to a height of 4m before planning permission is required.
You can use a free online tool such as hootsuite or tweetdeck to schedule a thread of tweets to run before, during, and after your trade show. We also suggest sharing photo’s of your stand and the event in general. We can help promote and retweet your messages.
